Meet Tricia
Tricia Singleton is the Broker/Owner of Hill Country Properties, LLC. Raised on a 1,000-acre, six-generational family ranch in Burnet County, Texas, Tricia developed a deep appreciation for the land and a love for outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and camping, particularly at her lease in Rocksprings, TX. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Abilene Christian University.
Returning to her roots after graduation, Tricia took on the responsibilities of managing the family ranch while raising her three sons as a single mom. Her diverse roles included caring for livestock, overseeing ranch operations, and even starting her own firewood and land clearing business, known as The Wood Lady, which thrived for over 25 years.
In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Tricia dedicated herself to coaching her sons in baseball, basketball, and soccer, and was actively involved in various community organizations. She served as PTSO President for over a decade and held the position of Baseball Booster Club President for more than five years. Notably, she organized a successful alumni baseball tournament that brought the community together.
Tricia's passion for serving others and her love for the land eventually led her to a career in real estate. With over 17 years of sales and service experience, she has become a trusted advisor in the Texas Hill Country real estate market, specializing in properties ranging from first-time homes to expansive ranches and luxury estates.
